This amenity is in the final stages of construction and will soon be ready for you to enjoy.
BBQ AREA & TERRACE
Experience unforgettable al fresco gatherings under the setting sun at our spacious BBQ area and terrace. Equipped with multiple outdoor grilling stations, generous seating, and ambient lighting, this space is ideal for family dinners, friendly get-togethers, or weekend celebrations.
The seamlessly integrated terrace overlooks lush landscaping, setting the perfect stage for socializing or simply relaxing with a cool beverage. Located just steps from the pool and a short stroll from the beach, this venue is almost complete and will welcome you soon.
PET PARK
Let your furry friends roam freely in our dedicated Pet Park, a fully fenced and secure area designed for dogs of all sizes. Equipped with agility features, shaded seating for owners, and convenient water stations, it’s the perfect spot for playtime, socialization, and exercise.
Whether it’s fetch with a new canine companion or a relaxed stroll along the perimeter, you’ll both enjoy delightful moments together. Situated near the terrace and just a quick walk from the beach, it’s under finishing touches and opens soon.
PLAYGROUND
Our bright, safety-surfaced playground invites children to explore and be active in a secure environment. Complete with slides, swings, climbing frames, and shaded benches for parents, it encourages imaginative play and social interaction.
Kids can make new friends while developing coordination and confidence, all within easy sight of the terrace and BBQ area. Just a few steps from the pool and a short stroll from the beach, this playful haven is nearing completion and will open its gates very soon.
TERRACE
Step onto our airy terrace, thoughtfully designed to maximize natural light and cross-ventilation. This versatile space features a compact kitchenette and elegant restrooms, making it perfect for casual meet-ups or special celebrations.
Just a few steps from the pool, BBQ area, and pet park, it seamlessly connects all our amenities. Panoramic garden views and comfortable seating invite you to linger at any hour. Currently in its last construction phase, the terrace will be available for gatherings and relaxation very soon.
PARKING AREA
Forget parking hassles: our secure lot offers over 30 dedicated spaces—15 on the south side and 15 on the north—exclusively for the 49 residents of Phase 1, Coto Almejas. Wide aisles and clear markings ensure easy maneuvering and peace of mind.
Strategically located just a short walk from the clubhouse and beach access, it streamlines your daily comings and goings. Construction is wrapping up, and these spaces will be officially ready for residents to use very soon.
